The 10 m x 1.5 cm is a tracking line coated with rubber for extra grip and weather protection. This combination and the 10-meter length allow you to give your dog more freedom of movement in any situation and any season. Thanks to the rubber coating, the line is easy to clean. The line comes without a hand loop and has an extra eyelet for attaching a dog tag or flasher.

The estimated shipping date is stated directly on each product next to the order button. As soon as your parcel leaves our central warehouse in the Netherlands, you will receive a tracking link. Delivery takes on average 1 to 4 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge transparent flat shipping rates per order: € 6.95 for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg; € 7.95 for Germany and Denmark; and € 9.95 for France, Spain, Italy, and Finland. View our shipping table for all other destinations.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you always have a 14-day return window from receipt of your order. Items can be returned in original, unused condition and packaging in accordance with our return policy.

What should I do in case of transit damage or a defective item?
