Description
Professionele pan ontworpen voor het maken van paella. Kan worden gebruikt op de kookplaat, om te koken in de oven of om het eten op tafel te serveren. De pan is gemaakt van plaatstaal en is gecoat met bijenwas. Het bijenwas zorgt voor een tijdelijke bescherming tegen oxidatie. Het anti-aanbakeffect verbeterd bij eerste gebruik. Kruiden bij het eerste gebruik. Onderhoud: blussen, afspoelen met heet water, drogen en licht oliën. De koekenpan is niet vaatwasmachinebestendig, gebruik ook geen afwasmiddel. Blus de pan af met heet water, laat deze drogen en licht oliën. Tip voor het koken: voorverwarmen met een beetje vet.
